This event will be open to the public between 10 am and 4 pm. The doors will open at 8:00 am on the day of the event.

Liability Insurance is not required but highly recommended for indoor vendors.

Food Vendors and Parking Lot Vendors must have $1M Liability Insurance.

Registration forms will NOT be accepted unless they are complete. (All information filled out, signed and turned in with payment).

In the event that an incomplete registration is received, the applicant will be notified. Payment will be held but a booth space will

not be assigned until the completed registration form is recieved.

Only one brand name RETAIL vendor (i.e. Paparazzi, Damsel in Defense, etc.) will be accepted per event. Paid members will have

priority with a timeframe of 14 days to confirm their booth when another vendor wants to participate. A limit of 15 direct sales

vendors will be accepted.

Community Crafters of Tehama and its members are NOT responsible for fire, theft, injury or legal action that should arise on the

premises during the time occupied according to this agreement.

There will be no booth changes on the day of the fair unless deemed necessary by the event committee. The committee will strive

to avoid putting similar booths next to each other.

Curtains and/or other display items that block the view of other vendors will NOT be allowed. Signs and Banners must remain in

your booth area. Please be respectful of your neighbor.

Set up time is between 8:00 am – 9:30 am, Saturday, the day of event. Teardown time will be between 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Saturday, the day of the event. There are several doors to use during closing time, please be courteous to other vendors who are

trying to pack up as well. Please respect all NO PARKING signs. Thank you.

Vehicles must be moved to the West parking area after unloading. BE COURTEOUS TO OUR SHOPPERS AND PARK AWAY FROM THE

BUILDING. Vehicles CANNOT remain parked in the fire zone.

If you know you will need to tear down early, please make prior arrangements with the Event Coordinator so your booth can be in

an area that will not disturb other vendors. Early pack up tends to create a domino effect. This is highly discouraged and may result

in not being allowed to return after the 2nd offense.

We request a donation from each vendor valued $15 or greater for the purpose of raising money for charity (We will be holding a

silent auction to raise money for THE COMMUNITY CRAFTERS OF TEHAMA SCHOLARSHIP FUND. Cash donations will be accepted).

More information about this will be provided in your welcome packet at the event.

Registration forms are due by 12pm on Friday, 4 weeks prior to the event. 

Any registration forms and fees received after the event becomes full, will be returned.

As a vendor for this event on the event date, I acknowledge that I have received or applied for

the CDTFA Sellers Permit AND submitted the City of Red Bluff’s Daily Business License for this event and will have them displayed at

my booth the day of the event.

For more exposure, it is recommended that each vendor advertise as well.

Spring Fling Bonanza Craft and Vendor Fair

scheduled for April 4, 2020

Our next meeting will be on January 3, 2020 at 1:00pm.  We will be meeting at the Red Bluff Community Center in Red Bluff, Ca  If you plan to attend please contact us.
